     Milk production in the Northeast is flat to lower this week. Some Class I operations are
     receiving noticeably higher milk volumes, as educational institutions are rejuvenating their
     milk pipelines for the upcoming school year. Mid-Atlantic milk output is down. Balancing
     operations are not at capacity. When milk is available, loads are traveling to parts of the
     Southeast to meet immediate needs. Milk volumes off farms in the Southeast region are lower.
     Bottlers' orders are considerably higher compared to last week. Market participants are
     handling the current situation and are sourcing for additional milk loads for the coming
     weeks. There is little to no milk in manufacturing at this time. Florida milk production is
     still declining, but levels have not hit the bottom as of yet. Weather conditions are hot,
     with rain showers throughout the week. Class I sales are up with schools back in session.
     Milk continues to clear into Florida from other regions. There is more cream available this
     week, as milk separation has increased alongside Class I needs. Multiples are ranging 1.30-
     1.45. Some butter manufacturers purchased cream on the spot market. However, churning
     schedules are seasonally slower. Condensed skim supplies have tightened. Market participants
     continue to relay customers are paying current prices with little pushback.
